ScreenPrinting:
Screen Printing is a very old tried and true method of reproducing images and placing them on fabric or other materials. The process begins with artwork built of solid colors. Usually three or four colors, but in some cases up to eight colors.

The image is "burned" into a polyester mesh screen, where only the areas the need to be printed are not covered with a layer of emulsion (a type of vinyl covering). Next the screen is placed on the press where ink lays upon the mesh, A squeegee then "floods" the mesh with the desired ink color, then is pulled back to push the ink through the open areas of mesh and on to the fabric.

This method is great for larger quantities of garments or custom items

Embroidery:
Embroidery is a method of sewing your logo or design into fabric. This provides a very upscale look for your company or event. To make your design compatible with embroidery, the design must for be "Digitized". This process converts your design electronically to a format the embroidery machine's computer can understand and translate to a sewn image on your garments. Garments made with heavier material such as sweatshirts and polos produce the best results.

This method is great for large or small quantities of garments.

Banners:
Banners can be produced in many formats. The first being simple vinyl. I machine cuts the vinyl to be applied to the banner or even your vehicle. This is a very long lasting material, and will withstand the elements for years to come. If later, you decide to change it, it can be removed with very little damage to the base material.

Full color banners are a great alternative for events or companies needing full color, event photo realistic results.
